Frequently Asked Questions

Got any questions?
We got the answers

What are brand guidelines and why do I need them?

Brand guidelines set your standard and become the shared language that reinforces your brand’s core purpose. They outline how your logo, colours, typography, and voice should be used. Consistency builds trust, and trust builds connection. Guidelines turn your identity into a professional system customers can rely on.

What kind of social media templates can I get?

We base your templates on your goals. Whether you’re building a community, showcasing a product, or just testing the waters, we’ll design 4–6 templates that give you a strong starting point to hit the market with a bang!

What if I don’t like the first direction?

That’s why we start with strategy and moodboarding. You’ll see the direction early, so by the time we design the logo and variations, it already feels like “you.” Plus, we include two smooth rounds of revisions to fine-tune things.

Do I own the rights to the logo and brand assets?

Yes, 100%. You’ll fully own your logo and brand assets once the project is complete and paid for. We may showcase parts of the work in our portfolio (even early explorations) unless we’ve signed an NDA beforehand. If confidentiality is required, we’ll stick to the agreed terms, no questions asked.

What do I need to prepare before starting?

Bring what you’ve got! It can be a rough idea, market notes, or even a Pinterest board full of inspiration that resonates with you. We also encourage sharing any competitor research or inspiration you’ve collected. Don’t stress if it’s not polished because that’s what we’re here for.
