What does “unlimited” really mean at this level?
You can queue unlimited requests and revisions across branding, product, web, motion and campaigns. We work on up to two tasks at once, with around 60 hours of team time each month. If your plans need more than that, we’ll flag it early and agree any additional capacity with you.
How fast is the turnaround?
Most day-to-day requests land in 48–72 hours. Larger pieces (e.g., full prototypes, animations, or site sections) may take 3–7 days — we’ll always give you a clear ETA and keep you updated. Urgent needs get priority.
What happens if I have a massive project?
Brand launches, product redesigns and multi-page Webflow builds can all fit into this pass. We plan the work across your term, within your monthly hours, so you know what’s coming and when. If your deadline needs more hours than the pass includes, we’ll quote a separate fixed-price sprint at a discounted rate, with priority scheduling.
Do you own the work? Who gets the rights?
You own 100 % of everything we create. Full commercial, perpetual rights transfer on delivery — no restrictions, no royalties.
What file formats and deliverables do you provide?
Everything your team needs: Figma source files (fully editable), Webflow/Shopify exports, vector (SVG/EPS/AI), high-res PNG/JPG, Lottie JSON (animations), PDF specs/guidelines, and any custom formats required for your stack.
Can I pause or cancel?
There’s a 3-month minimum commitment so we can get to know your brand and make meaningful progress together. After those first three months, the pass becomes month-to-month. You can then pause or cancel before your next billing cycle without a penalty.
How does this compare to hiring an in-house creative team?
