Senior Product Designer

What You’ll Do
- User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights.
- Information Architecture: Structure content and define navigation flows.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create visual representations of user interfaces.
- UI Design: Develop user interface elements, ensuring consistency and usability.
- Interaction Design: Design intuitive and engaging user interactions.
- Visual Design: Create visually appealing designs that align with brand identity.
- Usability Testing: Conduct tests to evaluate design effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of design trends and technologies.
- Iterative Design: Continuously refine designs based on user feedback and testing.
Requirements
Please apply only if you meet all the following criteria:
- A degree in Graphic Design or UX/UI Design.
- At least 6 years of professional experience in a design agency environment.
- Exceptional proficiency in Figma and extensive experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
- Strong expertise in UX/UI design with a portfolio to back it up.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You must be a South African national
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Webflow or other web design platforms.
- Project management skills.
- Based in Cape Town, as we value occasional in-person meetups to strengthen team bonds.
